Singapore Cruise Centre Pte Ltd started off as a Passenger Operations Department of the Port of Singapore Authority (PSA), with responsibilities for the planning and management of all passenger facilities in the port of Singapore, including the regional ferry terminal at Finger Pier and domestic passenger landing jetties at Clifford Pier, World Trade Centre, Jardine Steps and West Coast locations.
