International Passenger Terminal (IPT)
The IPT has two berths for international passenger cruise ships. The IPT has airport style facilities to cater for international cruise passengers. These include airconditioned arrival and departure lounges, duty free shops, travelators, passenger linkbridges, service and check-in counters, food and beverage outlets and also lifts for the physically challenged.

With natural deep harbour of up to 12 meters, berth lenghts of 310m and 270m, the International Passenger Terminal at Harbour Front Centre is a world-class cruise hub that can welcome shops of most shape and size. SCCPL is one of the first passenger terminal in the world to be ISPS (International Ship & Port Security Code) compliant since 1 April 2004 and ISO 9001 certified since April 2005. Still, International Passenger Terminal continues to upgrade itself with a recent S$5 million facelift in 2005 after a S$22.5 million makeover in 1998.

Regional Ferry Terminal (RFT)
The RFT has six berths and handles passenger traffic to the Indonesian Riau Islands viz. Batam and Karimun. Complementing the RFT is TMFT which operates regional ferry services to the island of Bintan in Indonesia and Sebana Cove in eastern coast of Peninsular Malaysia. The regional ferry terminals today handle a total of more than 6 million passengers per year.

Tanah Merah Ferry Terminal (TMFT)
Complementing the RFT is TMFT which operates regional ferry services to the island of Bintan in Indonesia and Sebana Cove in eastern coast of Peninsular Malaysia. The regional ferry terminals today handle a total of more than 6 million passengers per year.

TMFT has four berths.

  Pasir Panjang Ferry Terminal (PPFT)
The Domestic Pasir Panjang Ferry Terminal takes passengers around Singapore's own Southern islands as well as to the industrial offshore island.

PPFT has four berths.
