Perform guest relations duties which include crowd control, attending to customers’ requests and feedback etc.
Ensure smooth passenger traffic and baggage operations.
Ensure that the terminal's equipment and facilities for vessels and passengers are in good working order and of high reliability
Execute berth and other equipment allocation.
Monitor and report security and safety related incidents.
Record service standards and ensure service targets are met.
Ensure the overall cleanliness of the terminal.
