Baggage allowance
- 20kg baggage allowance per ticket per passenger. Any additional in excess of 20kg is chargeable.
- Total maximum weight allowed per passenger is 40kg. Not exceeding 3 pieces. - Maximum weight allowance per bag is 30kg
- Hand carry baggage shall not exceed the dimensions:- 70cm X 51cm X 34cm in volume with total weight not exceeding 10kg.

Baggage Charges
- S$1.00 per kg or part thereof is charged for any additional in excess of the 1st 20kg baggage allowance per ticket per passenger.
- S$10 will be charged per item with weight up to 10kg for any items considered “Odd-size” items.

Odd-size Items
Items which are deemed to pose safety issues if hand-carried by passengers onboard the ferries and/or exceeds 1.5m in length and/or 100cm x 60cm x 30 cm. Commonly known items are surfboard, wakeboards, bicycles, television sets, sound system, copier, giant-sized toys, display objects, etc

Cargo
Non-personal effects or commercial items or goods deemed as cargo items will be refused check-in or hand-carry via the terminal. Passengers are advised to check with their ferry agents or call (65) 6513-2261 on the restrictions to commercial goods/cargo items.
