Passengers joining the regional ferry trips are entitled first 20kg free baggage allowance with a total maximum limit for bags/weight allowable for check-in not exceeding more than 3 pieces or 40kg in total weight per passenger.


1. Carry – On Bags (Hand – Carry)

Baggage items allowed for hand – carry via the regional ferry terminal shall not exceed the following dimensions:-
70cm X 51cm X 34cm with weight per bag / item not exceeding 10kg.


2. Prohibition to Commercial Goods and Cargo items
Commercial items or goods deemed as cargo items will be refused check-in or hand-carry via the terminal. Passengers are advised to check with its ferry agents or call (65) 6513-2261 on the restrictions to commercial goods/cargo items.

3. Improperly packed/Loose items
The terminal may exercise its discretion to refuse bags/loose items that are improperly packed from check-in.

 

Operational Hours: 8.30 a.m. to 7.00 p.m. (Deposits and Collections). After 7.00 p.m, kindly call (65)-65132261 for any service assistance.

*Refers to items above 30 kg and those not conforming to generally accepted size and shape of suitcases, e.g. sea sports boards (e.g. surfboard), bicycles, television sets, sound systems, copiers, giant-sized toys, display objects, etc.

NOTE – We do not accept CARGO as left luggage. Above rates are inclusive of 7% GST charges. Rates quoted are subject to change.

 

Situated at the Level 1 Main Concourse (outside the Arrival Hall), the Passenger Meeting Service represents the ideal way to meet and escort your business associates, VIP, guests and friends on your behalf. Our Guest Service Assistant greets your guest at the linkbridge, escorts him/her through Immigration, Baggage Claim and Customs. Hence after, we will assist your guests to your meeting point or into taxi/limousine.

In addition, the range of services by our Passenger Meeting Services includes:-

· Hotel & Flight Reservation
· VIP Welcome with/without flowers
· Receive and hand-over flight tickets/VISA to your guests in transit
· Immigration Clearance for Crew & Foreign Workers

For easy convenience and prompt transfer to your intended destination, you may engage the terminal’s limousine service managed by SMRT Taxis Pte Ltd. The rate per transfer to any destinations in Singapore is priced at SGD $40.00. Limousine bookings can be made at the Level 1 Main Concourse Limousine Counter (outside Arrival Hall).
 

For parcel handling transfers via Singapore – Batam and Bintan and vice versa, our courier operator BCS Express offers port to port and door to door parcel transfers. BCS Express operates courier service counters at the Level 1 Baggage Counter at the Singapore Cruise Centre and the Tanah Merah Ferry Terminal.
